 Design and Project Management
On receipt of an instruction to proceed with the design contract an LM project leader will be appointed to manage the project. An engineer with the relevant support service providers will survey the site and agree the specification and effects package.
In consultation with the design brief and specialist professionals a detailed layout design will be produced and submitted for approval. The submission will include hardware schedules, project plan, risk assessments, method statements, programme routines and final costing.
An option for a multi-media presentation is available to support the proposal for larger commercial projects.
On approval of the proposals a designated Project Manager will coordinate the installation and commissioning.
Maintenance
Lightscape Musicale offer a bi-annual seasonal servicing agreements which includes for interim support and ongoing product guarantee. The object of which is to service the equipment and rejuvenate the display ready for the new season, adapting the installation for the significant changes in foliage and ground cover between winter and summer, between indoor and outdoor life-styles. The addition of colour in the winter months produces stunning shadows and silhouettes, enhanced by autumn mist and winter snow, where as in the summer the natural colours require capture with a natural white light
A typical maintenance package would include
 cleaning, servicing of all lights, cables and equipment
replacement of batteries and spare bulbs
repositioning of lamps and features
adding of seasonal colour filters to the lamps
reprogramming with the latest software
updating/changing special effects
re-programming scenes, safety and security features as required
