Lightscape has introduced a range of Eco friendly Lighting Systems which deliver an effective alternative to traditional mains powered garden lighting. Not only are our eco systems kinder to the environment they can also offer a convenient solution to lighting remote areas of larger gardens where the installation of mains power would be impractical.
How does it work
A battery is charged by either solar or wind energy. The power from the battery is then fed into the Lightscape Ecodriver.
The Ecodriver feeds the lamps via an internal timer which can be set to switch on the lights at dusk and switch off at a pre-determined time after. There are two versions of Ecodriver each having the capability to drive 8 lamps. Depending on the level of control you require, choose from either:
• A switching low-voltage Ecodriver which ideal for driving CFL light bulbs for very efficient power use.
• A dimmable low-voltage Ecodriver that can be controlled wirelessly via a Lightscape Director for transitional mood lighting and Sonne et Lumière effects. (requires MR16 lamps)
